Disclosure Policy

I’m passionate about food & fitness, which means I often review products and events to to share my opinions with others. They are my opinions, based on my experience.

I enjoy trying new products and sharing the ones I enjoy. There are times when companies will send me free products to try and there are times where I purchase products on my own. If I review or reference to a product that was provided to me, I will make that clear in the post (usually with a disclosure at the end). Please know that I will only provide honest opinions, regardless of the method I received a product. If I do not like a product, you will probably never hear about it.

At times, I also accept sponsored posts, for which I am paid in cash or other compensation. In that case, I will make it clear in the post.
