Most Comfortable Clothes in My Closet

You know that outfit that you pull out when you want to be comfortable? No..not the old jeans and old race t-shirt, even though I love those too. But this outfit is more comfortable than that. Really.

Yogi Clothing Stripe Top

Yep, that’s how I feel about the outfit I got from Yogi Clothing at the end of December. I find myself wearing this all the time…although I’m more careful when I go out to think about who’s seen it on me. :)

What’s the Deal?

Through my role as a FitFluential Ambassador, I had a chance to pick an outfit from Yogi Clothing to try and give an honest review. They use only high quality fabrics to create clothing that helps you achieve your goals. Although I haven’t had the chance to practice yoga much recently, I looked for something that would be comfy and warm to layer over my workout gear.

Their website offers activewear, dresses, outerwear – everything looks very relaxed and comfy. Not my typical style at all…so I was a little nervous the first time I wore the sweater. I think I’m expanding my style preferences…

My Experience

I wore the sweater to church with a scarf and fun hat a few weeks ago and felt very chic, so I convinced Kirk to take a picture of the outfit. I need to work on my posing…

The pants are so comfortable I could wear them all the time. In fact I’m wearing the pants right now as I type this post. I’m not sure if I could get away with them at work…but maybe on casual friday.

The Verdict

The sweater and pants are great for after a swim when it’s 15 degrees outside (like the picture above). And for a trip to our local brewery. And I wore the sweater under a black jacket to a work conference on Monday. Layering for workouts or dressed up for work or dinner…I didn’t expect that.

The downside is they are both washed on the gentle cycle. I prefer being able to wash all my comfy clothes in the regular wash, but I guess that’s the tradeoff for the super-soft fabrics.

I know I’ll be shopping here again the future, so it’s something I would happily recommend to you!

I’m becoming a clothes person…when did this happen?

VERY cute outfit, and it definitely looks comfortable too. My favorite comfy outfit is my lulu hoodie and a yoga pants. If I could live in that stuff, I be a happy camper. :)

I’m so with you – I wonder how I convince work to make that acceptable daily attire? ;)

My favorite comfy clothes are my yoga pants or leggings and cotton dress. Jeans are fun, but not as comfy sometimes. Love your outfit and will be checking out their pants for post workout, pre dinner attire!

I haven’t done many outfits with the dress & legging combo, but I really think it’s cute & comgy too! The pants are amazing – you won’t regret it!

I got the same sweater! I think I wore it 3 days in a row – it’s SO soft. I wish the pants were petites… mine are too long!

I remember seeing a picture of you in the sweater – great minds think alike! The pants are on the longer side, but not too long for me. I’m surprised, I guess I have longer legs and a shorter torso as compared to you? I thought you were a little taller?

That’s weird… I have really long legs and no torso. Wonder if I just got an irregular?

I definitely have a favorite comfy outfit. Unfortunately, I think it’s becoming less and less appropriate to wear in public if I want to appear somewhat civilized!

Hahah – I have a pair of jeans like that. Kirk is always saying they are going to fall apart while I’m wearing them someday. I love that I can feel lazy and cute at the same time in this outfit. :)

I love that first sweater, too cute!!

If I’m home for the day, I’m in yoga pants and a hoodie, not really liking the fact I have to put jeans on in a couple of hours.

I’m all about multi-purpose. I think that’s because I’m a little “cheap” at heart. If I can use clothes more often, they’re cheaper, right? ;)

You got it – so fun discovering new brands like this that get both sides (comfy & cute)!

You look adorable in all of the pictures!! I love the clothes. I live in workout clothes because of my job, so whenever I have to wear anything with a zipper or buttons, that’s what I call “dressing up.”
I am SO not a clothes person. I used to be… maybe will one day again. I’d kind of rather just evolve towards a Banana Republic crossed with Boulder Bohemian style. :)

Aw thank! xoxo

I wish I could live in workout clothes sometimes, although I do have fun dressing up sometimes. If I could do either whenever I wanted, that would be my dream!

I like your idea of Banana and Bohemian together!

Love that sweater! So cute :) I hate to say it, but I’m definitely one of those yoga pants people, haha. Unless I’m going to work, that’s pretty much the only thing I wear. Well, with a shirt, of course.

I actually enjoy yoga, it’s just one more thing on my list right now and doesn’t contribute to my balance. ;) With or without actual yoga, the outfits are fun!
