Help Me Choose #MMAZ Ingredients!

in Meatless Monday A-Z

We’re down to the last 4 ingredients of Meatless Mondays from A-Z and I need your help with these letters! These are probably the toughest 4 letters in the bunch and I hope our collective brain power can come up with some great choices. :)

BWV-template

Since it’s taken so long to narrow these down, we’ll take next week off from MMAZ and start the final group on February 11 (which means the last letter with actually be in March).

So help me out – what ingredients should we pick for:

W – February 11

X – February 18

Y – February 25

Z – March 4

X- xantham gum
Y-yucca, yam, yellow…anything
Z–zanahoria (carrots in Spanish…and seriously the only thing I can think of that starts with Z)

Walnuts is a great idea–from the other commenters. I was going to say yuca or yogurt for y . . . . or maybe “zest” for z. :)

I know it’s a veggie, but I don’t know what it tastes like either. Maybe we should choose that one and find out? ;)

Z: Zucchini, Ziti

Can’t wait!
