A Thanksgiving Checklist!

Today is a day for friends and family. It’s a day to remember how blessed we truly are. To participate in holiday traditions like running a race, cooking a family recipe, or spending time with those you love.

In fact, I made you a list of things you need to do today, so you don’t need to think about it:

Now get to work completing this list and enjoy every minute of it! I’m adding my Thanksgiving 5K to my personal version of this list.

i think i need to go pick up a special gluten free pumpkin mini pie for me. It’s the only thing missing!

I just ran my own 5k upstairs on my treadmill ;) we leave for brunch soon, then head over to my moms, so I had to get it done now or never!

2. Awesome friends that let me crash their holiday vacations and the ability/health to do all we do.
