There are so many wonderful, talented bloggers that I have discovered over the last year or so. You can find many of them on my “Blogs I Follow” page, if you are interested.
Over the past few weeks, I’ve made several recipes I’ve found on blogs and they have all turned out great!
Mexican Crustless Chickpea (Vegan) Quiche
from Laura (Sprint 2 The Table)
Pre-Oven Freshness
Post-Oven Tasty-ness
*******************************
Beet Burgers
from Lauren (Oatmeal After Spinning)
*******************************
Lemon Blackberry Grilled Cheese
from Kelly (No Sugar Sweet Life)
Source: nosugarsweetlife.com via Heather on Pinterest
I made this one plant-based by switching the cheese for Daiya Jack

These are just a few of the dozens of recipes I’ve made over the past year of reading blogs. If you’re not already taking advantage of the amazing recipes that are shared every day, I encourage you to take the plunge.
I also encourage you to join in the recipe fun by joining the inaugural Meatless Mondays from A-Z here on Better With Veggies. Just a reminder that the first week is all about Artichokes. On Monday, there will be a link-up on the post, where you can share your meatless artichoke recipes!!
You can add the badge to your posts by copying and pasting the text above into your Monday posts. I can’t wait to see what you’ve come up with!!

Questions for you:
-
What is the last recipe you made from a blog?
-
What are your plans for the weekend? (other than creating an artichoke dish, of course)

Yay – yes!! I am drawing a complete blank on beets, so I need to put my thinking cap on. I’m REALLY excited about the recipe I’m sharing tomorrow and I *think* it’s gluten free for you too. :)
I LOVE artichokes but honestly find them to be a pain in the rump to cook.. All that trimming and boiling… And I think canned ones are kind of gross……. So ummmm… I look forward to these recipes and maybe some shortcuts! :)

I included my cooking method in tomorrow’s post just for you, because I think it’s relatively easy the way I do (just takes time). You’ll have to let me know.
I did use the canned ones in my recipe though – not gross. :)
I’m laughing as I read blogs this morning. Apparently you, me, Lauren and Heather are all on the same wavelength.
Can’t wait for Meatless Monday!!!!

I love that we were all sharing the love on Friday. :) And I can’t wait to see your recipe tomorrow!
I have to be honest.
I rarely make other people’ recipes.
I look at the pretty pictures and the ingredients but either I get lazy or I just end up making my own version of a thousand things I’ve seen.
I really blame this on genetics. My dad is the same way. I’m pretty sure when I was in the womb he was speaking to my mom’s stomach saying, “Recipes are for losers.”
Not that I think you are a loser.
OK. Taking foot out of mouth now.

Haha – that’s okay! There’s some people that like recipes and some people use it as a starting point for inspriation. No worries. :)
I’m so glad you tried the beet burgers! I love ‘em!
I definitely have to try Laura’s vegan quiche. And those little molds you have- I need those!!

We ate them for 3 meals in a row, a little different preparation each time – fantastic!! The mini-springform pans are awesome. We don’t own a big one. :)
I have so many recipes I want to make this weekend!! :) I can’t wait for meatless mondays!
Brittany @ Delights and Delectables recently posted..It is HERE!
Did you make them?! I hope you made an artichoke recipe for one of them. :)
I love the many amazing blog-world recipes… Laura’s one of my favorite, and that beet burger is intriguing, too. I’ll have to try to remember to link up sometime for a Meatless Monday, sounds fun!

Thanks for the shout-out :) How did the grilled cheese turn out with the Daiya?
Kelly @ No Sugar Sweet Life recently posted..Olympics + {CHOcolate Chip Banana Bread}
The Daiya was perfect, it melts just like cheese in the wedge form. Yum!
